  The classic dish with various House mixed cold cuts (served both as single course and as appetizer) includes, first of all, Cured pork meats by oneself produced (salame, bacon, ossocollo, ham…); then typical cheese of Cividale area, fresh and seasoned, produced by the main local dairy; in the end, in oil vegetables of the House.
  On the bar-counter they are always present various canapès.
  A glass of wine costs € 0,80
  According to the friulian tradition, several they are the first courses, from the soups and ‘minestroni’, to the long and short pastas with various kinds of sauces (cream and mushrooms, home made meat sauce, butter and sage, smoked ricotta), to the filled pastas (‘ravioli’ with meat or spinach), ‘risotti’ and ‘orzotti’ (with sausage, leak or chicory).
  Typical friulian second courses (frico with potatoes dry or with onions and polenta, salame cooked in winegar, musèt and brovade…) and typical dishes of the Cividale area with red or white meats ( roast turkey and beef, fillet with white wine, mixed grill…).
  Seasonal vegetables (raw ones, backed or cooked potatoes, spinach, in spring the ‘sclopit’ in numerous recipes).   
  Strudel; Cakes, Gubana, Tiramisu, Cooked cream, Catalan custard.
 

 The wines of the Holiday farm ‘Alla Collina’ are:
White wines: FRIULANO, SAUVIGNON, VERDUZZO
Red wines: MERLOT, REFOSCO pr, CABERNET franc, SCHIOPPETTINO
  These wines are also on sale by retail
( € 2,0/litre+bail; € 2,5/litre+bail for Schioppettino and Verduzzo) 

  In the Holiday farm they are on sale, when open, also other foods of own production: Cured pork meats, summer Vegetables, Fruit (cherry, plum, peach..).
SERVICES and ATTRACTIONS
Large room for groups lunch or dinner and for banquets and parties: we are always willing to agree (over the phone) on your menu with all details.
Children playground, Minizoo, Garden.
   
   
    The hill rising above the farm 'Alla Collina' ('to the hill') has an high value not only on the landscape but also on the archaelogical plain. In fact it seems that  its perfect shape of pyramid could be a work of an prehistoric people.
  You can reach the top of the hill on a path starting just from the holiday farm.

Cold dishes and Frico: wednesday, thursday, friday 10-14.00/16.30-21.00, saturday and sunday 10-22.00
